Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know
My mother/father isn't comfortable with technology.
You don't have to learn anything. Onorato isn't a gadget; he's a parrot that talks to you. You just have to speak to Onorato the way you would to another person.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each Onorato undergoes three months of personalized training tailored to your loved one before arriving at your home. The 90-day training period begins once we receive your customization form. You will receive the Onorato at the end of this period.
Is Onorato difficult to install?
No, Onorato does not require installation. You simply need to place the main unit and the three monitoring satellites in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, plug them into a power outlet, and download the mobile app to complete the activation. It will be ready to use in just a few minutes.
How much does Onorato cost?
We get it: behind that question, there’s usually another one—"Can I afford it?" The good news: It can be financed in convenient monthly installments. But consider its true value: your loved one stays at home with daily companionship, and you sleep soundly. Book a no-obligation call with an Onorato consultant, and together you can explore all the options.
Doesn't a robot replace human contact?
You’re right, and it doesn’t aim to do that. Onorato doesn’t replace your affection; it complements it. It fills the hours when—no matter how much you might want to—you cannot be there.
Is it a medical device?
No. Onorato provides support and alerts the family in the event of incidents such as a fall. It does not provide diagnoses or replace medical care. It offers peace of mind and companionship, not medical treatment.
