Onorato includes a 3 year warranty and ongoing support to ensure proper operation.

Is the Connectivity payment mandatory?

Yes, connectivity is required for the full operation of Onorato and its 3 monitoring satellites. It includes unlimited conversations with Onorato’s AI, full use of the app and its features, unlimited national calls, and 24/7 technical support.

When does the Connectivity fee start being charged?

At the moment it arrives at home, once the three months of training are completed and the installation has been carried out.

Do I need internet at home?

Yes, Onorato and its three monitoring satellites require a good internet connection to function properly and keep all features active. It can also work with Onorato’s 4G. See terms and conditions*.

Can I take it to a second home?
